LTL (Less than Truck Load)
LTL stands for Less than Truck Load, a partial load transported by truck. Thus, an LTL goods transport consists of an amount that only takes up part of the loading area. Thus, transport companies often add co-loads or additional partial loads in order to fully utilise the available space. These collective trips deliver goods from multiple customers to multiple receivers. The opposite of LTL is FTL (Full Truck Load).
