Successful leadership workshop in Soloplan City

Continuous training, openness for new impulses and the exchange of best practices are key pillars of Soloplan’s corporate philosophy. Therefore, another leadership workshop took place at the headquarters in Kempten at the end of July 2023. The branch managers from the international branch offices travelled to Germany in order to participate to the event in person as well.

Among other things, the possibilities of improvement in the cooperation and communication between the different departments were discussed in small groups. The developed strategies were then presented in front of all participants.

This way, many solutions and ideas were debated under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Furthermore, the practical implementation of the jointly created leadership model was a very important topic. There was a lively exchange and positive experiences were shared.

In conclusion, the participants set common goals and spent the evening having dinner together. To sum it up, the day was a great success and the cooperation between those in management positions has been encouraged.

We are looking forward to implementing the impulses from the training and to re-examining them together on the occasion of the next leadership workshop at the end of the year.
