Soloplan at the specialist group conference of Upper-Austrian carriers

Last weekend, the annual specialist group conference of Upper-Austrian carriers took place once again. The Economic Chamber for Upper Austria and the chairman of the specialist group, Günther Reder, invited many guests from the transport sector as well as partners, suppliers and exhibitors to the culture centre in Hörsching.

More than 400 representatives of the sector took part in discussions, networked and talked about the future of the transport sector. As the future of carriers is uncertain due to factors such as price increases, skill shortages and environmental measures, a spotlight discussion took place during which those present exchanged ideas and searched for possible solutions. In the course of this debate, many different representatives of the sector presented actions and services to help overcome the complex challenges. The exciting agenda of the specialist group conference also included a truck manufacturer talk.

The premium transport management system (TMS) provider Soloplan is a strong partner of Austrian carriers and thus participated in the sector event as an exhibitor and a sponsor. This resulted in many good conversations between the Soloplan experts and Austrian carriers. The focal point was, of course, the TMS CarLo, which places an emphasis on automating work processes in order to face precisely these challenging topics, such as skill shortages.
