    Soloplan helps you escape the planning jungle! Experience innovation live at IAA Transportation 2024

    From 17 to 22 September 2024, Soloplan will be an exhibitor at the largest international trade fair for trucks and commercial vehicles. At IAA Transportation, at booth C51 in hall 25, Soloplan’s digitalisation experts will advise all interested forwarding and transport companies about how to noticeably facilitate their day-to-day work thanks to the logistics software CarLo. By using the transport management system CarLo, you can save time and money. We will be pleased to show you how.

    In 2024, Soloplan celebrates its 30-year anniversary. With many years of experience and constantly taking the feedback from numerous customers into account, the software company from the Allgäu region has become a leading provider of transport software. In accordance with this reputation, Soloplan will release the anniversary version 3.0 of CarLo in autumn 2024–a version full of innovative features and new product highlights.

    Numerous Highlights

    At IAA Transportation, you can experience them live. You can look forward to the CarLo AI Assistant, an AI chatbot integrated into the software–similar to ChatGPT–which allows you to ask technical questions about the program. The Assistant will then provide you with an answer in text form. Here, artificial intelligence acts like a textual interface able to build corresponding logics from texts as a low-code platform. A command could be as follows: “I want Y to happen every time I create X.” The CarLo Assistant takes this instruction and creates a formula or a workflow. CarLo users can thus describe the desired process automations in text form. The Assistant will convert these text commands correspondingly and implement them into the TMS. This saves the customers time and money as no employee is required who carries out the necessary adjustment in the system. The feature looks like a chat window and is convenient and easy to use.

    Another great highlight is the functionality “CarLo® Connect”. This is an integrated messenger service between CarLo users. Users of the same company can exchange text messages within CarLo, but also files and links to transport orders, sales invoices, etc. That way, in the future, it will be even more easy to get information from a colleague regarding a specific process. The project Connect is also aimed to connect users from different companies with each other across multiple CarLo systems. Transport companies will thus find it even more easy to exchange and transfer tours and transport orders between each other. This unleashes unimagined synergy effects and saves a lot of time and money.
