    CarLo as the planning tool for worldwide transports–successful go-live at Espace in the UK

    Automotive, supply chain and much more–CarLo in use at Espace Global Freight

    The company Espace Global Freight from the West Midlands in Great Britain was founded in 2000 and started with its core business–the handling of transports in the European road freight transport. Within two decades, this formerly small company has developed into a globally important link in freight and customs clearance logistics.

    Since last week, about 40 users have been planning and working with the transport management software CarLo.

    The British company plans national and international transports for a wide range of different goods–chemicals, plastics, pharmaceutical and medical products, vehicle and aircraft parts as well as special transports of industrial machinery. Espace Global Freight handles the transports of these various goods all over the world, including customs clearance, and has expertise in the road, air and sea freight sector.

    Within the last year, the implementation of the TMS CarLo went smoothly. The key to the success of the project was the excellent cooperation between the motivated employees of Espace and the trained Soloplan specialists.


    We celebrated the successful go-live with some branded cupcakes and congratulate Espace on this important step in the digitalisation of their company processes.
