Celebrating many years of loyalty

With a Bavarian lunch buffet, the leading software company Soloplan honoured jubilarians for their many years of employment and hard work.

As in the last years, CEO Wolfgang Heidl once again was able to honour a number of employees for over ten years of employment at Soloplan. This year, the jubilarians are employees from the departments quality assurance, customer solution management and telemarketing, as well as from our internal development department.

In a sector that is constantly changing, know-how and experience are an important key to the success of a company. Wolfgang Heidl, CEO and founder of Soloplan, explains why many employees are so loyal:

“We are a family business that was founded in 1994 as a one-man show and now has over 250 employees worldwide. Nevertheless, we still believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. They are the foundation of our company and the basis of our long-standing success.”

In his speech, the CEO thanked each of the jubilarians for their commitment and loyalty and gave a short overview of their respective careers at Soloplan. After many congratulations, the management presented each of the jubilarians with a large gift basket filled with a selection of delicious Italian specialties as a small thank-you.
