Soloplan honours deserving and long-serving employees

At a ceremony in Soloplan City, employees were rewarded for their tireless commitment and many years of service to the company

Over 25 years ago, the software company Soloplan was founded in Kempten (Allgäu). As in previous years, many employees were honoured for 10 or even 20 years of service to the company at this year’s jubilee celebration.

This time, many employees from the development department–the heart of the software manufacturer Soloplan–were among the jubilarians. However, employees from the sales and quality assurance department were also honoured for many years of service. One of the jubilarians even completed his apprenticeship at Soloplan and has remained loyal to the company ever since.

In a sector that is constantly changing, know-how and experience are an important key to the success of the company. Wolfgang Heidl, CEO and founder of Soloplan, explains why many employees are so loyal:

“We are a family business that was founded in 1991 as a one-man show and by now has over 210 employees worldwide. Nevertheless, we still believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. They are the foundation of our company and the basis of our long-standing success.”

In his speech, the CEO was able to give an overview of the career of each of the jubilarians and personally thank each of them for their loyalty and tireless effort. Then, in a small celebration at the company headquarters in Soloplan City, the jubilarians were duly celebrated.
